Head Chef - Daytime Kitchen Lead (Contract Catering)

UK Hydrographic Office in Taunton requires an experienced Head Chef to lead the daytime catering operation, delivering fresh breakfast and lunch for up to 200 customers daily. You will manage a kitchen team, ensure top food quality, and comply with food safety and health & safety standards.

The role runs 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility. You will report to the Service Delivery Manager and work closely with front-of-house staff to deliver an excellent dining experience.
