Head Chef - Contract Catering Leader & Kitchen Mentor

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Head Chef to lead the kitchen in a contract catering setting at Manchester Arndale. You will create and update menus, train staff, and ensure high culinary standards while managing costs.

The ideal candidate has Level 3 in Catering and Hospitality, strong leadership, and experience delivering great client service in fast-paced environments. You will oversee inventory, maintain safety, and foster an inclusive, results-driven kitchen culture.
