Head Chef - City of London - 55k 
MONDAY-FRIDAY
Are you looking to be the Head Chef of a leading B&I contract in the City of London?
I'm looking for a Head Chef who possesses the following:
- The ability to manage a BOH team
- Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience
- Strong events/hospitality experience
- Up to date with the latest food trends
- Prides themself with producing innovative food
- Detailed understanding of food, allergens and health & safety
- A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a similar position within the last year.
