Hartlepool Courier Onboarding Trainer

Evri Hartlepool Delivery Unit is hiring a Fixed Term Delivery Team Trainer to help new self-employed couriers feel confident from Day 1. Based in Hartlepool, you'll arrive as a friendly guide who supports onboarding, app setup, and first deliveries.

You'll welcome couriers, demonstrate how to use the courier app, show scanning and loading procedures, and introduce key local contacts such as the EVRi Business Partner and Territory Manager. This role is hands-on and people-focused.
