Harness Technician - 12-month FTC

Location: CoventrySalary: TBCHours: Full timeContract: 12-month Fixed-Term ContractThe Role- Work with production teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met- Fulfill any duties required by the company to ensure that high-quality harnesses are produced and delivered on time and in full, including adhering to production schedules, meeting quality control standards, and collaborating with other teams to prevent delays- Assist Senior Harness Technicians and Team Leader in the daily operations of the harness workshop- Assemble and produce complex, first time builds, prototypes and series production electrical wiring harnesses to meet production targets and schedules, ensuring all harnesses meet the required technical specifications- Support the manufacturing process from start to finish, contributing to the timely delivery of harness systems- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, stores, and quality control to ensure alignment on production priorities and resolve any issues that may arise during assembly or testingWhat We're Looking For- Previous experience with OEM or System 25 harnesses (motorsport/aerospace)- Ability to read and understand technical drawings- Attention to detail- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines- Organized, persuasive, resourceful, flexible, ambitious, self-directing, with a passion for delivering objectives and comfort challenging existing processes- Clear and effective communication skills with internal and external clients- Must be a team playerYou may have experience in the following: Harness Technician, Wire Harness Assembler, Electrical Harness Technician, Manufacturing Technician, OEM Harness Specialist, Aerospace Harness Technician, Motorsport Harness Technician, Production Technician, etc.REF-
