Join a leading FM company as a mobile handyperson/fabric engineer in East London.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work to thrive on a mobile contract.
- Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available)
- £31,500 + van + Fuel Card
- Mobile contract covering commercial sites in Bexley, Bromley area
Responsibilities:
- Tiling
- Carpentry - Door hanging
- Assembling furniture
- Plumbing
- Drainage & flushing
- Fire alarm/door testing
- Grouting & Plastering
- Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Requirements:
- Experience as a building services fabricengineer/handyperson in a commercial/residential setting
- Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ
- Full drivers license
