Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman to support work on a site in Exeter in the demolition phase. The role will involve carrying out general maintenance, minor repairs, and assisting the demolition team with site upkeep and preparation tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out general maintenance and repair work on site

  • Assisting with strip-out and soft demolition tasks when required

  • Basic carpentry and temporary works (boarding up, hoarding repairs, etc.)

  • Maintaining site fencing, barriers, and access points

  • Using hand and power tools safely and effectively

  • Ensuring work areas remain safe, clean, and organised

  • Supporting the demolition team with general site duties

Requirements

  • CSCS card - Required

  • PPE required (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots, etc.)

  • Previous handyman, construction, or demolition site experience

  • Ability to use a range of hand and power tools

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
