Handy Person Mobile Multi Trader

Salary £36,000 - £38,000 plus vehicle, expenses etc.

Mobile - Essex, London and South East.

3 months contract immediate start; permanent contract available. No weekends. Day shift 0800 - 1700 Monday to Friday.

This is a varied mobile role (full time). You will be employed directly by the company, paid a monthly salary and provided with a work van. All expenses paid.

Responsibilities

Provide general maintenance duties at various locations in Essex, London and surrounding areas.

• Ensure maintenance of health and safety standards
• Ensure safety, good operation of services and cleanliness of premises
• Emergency light testing
• Fire alarm checks
• Water temperature checking
• Check security (doors/locks/alarms) of premises
• General maintenance and repairs
• Carry out decorating and minor refurbishment
• Working with another handy person

Qualifications

Full driving licence. Vehicle provided.

Good working knowledge of health and safety and compliance is ideal, along with painting, fixing and repairs experience, and a broad range of general skills.
