Hands-On QA Lead for Large-Scale Delivery

Matchtech is looking for an experienced QA Lead / Quality Engineering Manager based in Southampton. This hands-on role focuses on embedding quality within delivery teams and supporting large-scale programmes. Ideal candidates will possess strong planning skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and a background in consulting or contractor roles.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure QA practices are applied consistently and mentor team members to adopt best practices. Immediate availability is required.
