Job Description

Maintech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on Head of Engineering in Slough to own platform architecture and guide a small development team. You will stay hands-on across full stack work while steering CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and AKS, and drive security and ISO 27001 readiness.

You will lead architectural direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with leadership to ensure reliability, scalability, and strong technical governance for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
