Hands-On Engineering Manager, Remote + Stock Options

Runware is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow our core engineering teams in a remote-first environment. This hands-on leadership role sits at the intersection of people management, delivery, and technical decision-making, guiding trade-offs and technical direction.

You will build a high-performing team, ensure predictable delivery, maintain engineering quality, and partner with Product, DevOps, and other leaders to scale Runware's platform.
