About the function The Visitor Experience team at the Guinness Storehouse is responsible for delivering world-class visitor experiences in one of Ireland's leading tourist attractions, bringing the Guinness brand story to life for millions of guests each year. About the role As a Guinness Storehouse Assistant, you will act as a Guinness ambassador, delivering exceptional, engaging, and memorable experiences for visitors. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service while supporting the delivery of premium brand experiences. Role responsibilities Deliver best-in-class customer service, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued Guide visitors through tasting, pouring, and interactive brand experiences Host engaging orientations and presentations with confidence Uphold operational excellence, including health, safety, and service standards Represent the Guinness brand with pride and integrity Support a clean, safe, and inclusive environment for all visitors Experience / skills required We'd love to work with you if you have: Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing roles Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to groups A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences A positive, energetic, and team-focused approach Flexibility to work across a variety of roles and schedules Additional languages are desirable but not essential Flexible Working Statement Flexibility is key to our success.
