Job Description

We've recently had a new opportunity arise within a great practice in Guildford, a well known company that I feel has a great ethos towards their employees and patients.

It's a very modern, forward thinking practice as they have OCT in store and a great team - the manager is an Dispensing Optician as well who has been at that practice for a long time.

Here is a little of what to expect:

  • Salaries of Up to £64,000!
  • 25 minute testing times (30 minute testing times now)
  • Very good balance between clinical & commercial
  • Excellent career development opportunities (take on a pre-reg, become an Optom manager, become a CSC (clinical support colleague) or regional management
  • Bonus of up to 8% of your annual salary - £5,120
  • All practices have qualified support staff and managers at all times (DO's and optical assistants carried out your pre-screens)
  • Part time or full time - weekend flexibility is available too
  • Up to 18% contributory pension - the market leaders for Pension (if you put in 6% of your salary, this company will contribute 12%) - £7,680
  • Annual figure on £64,000 with bonus and pension - you could make well over £76,800 collectively!
