We are looking for a Guest Services Team Leader to join our brilliant Rapport team of 2 Ambassadors, based in our client's office near Green Park. As the face of the workplace, our reception team plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment. You'll be based in the London office of a global financial firm, where exceptional service and professionalism are essential to daily operations.
Type of contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 42.5 per week (Monday Friday, shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 6 PM)
Salary: £35,000 per annum

- Lead by example and support the day to day running of the reception
- Welcome guests and clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are client ready
- Oversee front desk operations and provide administrative support
- Operate the main switchboard and direct calls efficiently
- Liaise with catering and office teams to ensure seamless service
