Key Responsibilities

As the friendly face of the hotel at night, you'll play a key role in making sure our guests feel comfortable, cared for, and safe. Here's what you'll bring to the role:

• A warm, approachable personality that helps guests feel at ease the moment they arrive.
• Confidence in handling late check-ins, guest requests, and those unexpected "night-time" moments with calm and professionalism.
• Great communication skills, with a knack for sharing local tips and hotel know-how to make each stay extra special.
• Flexibility to support across departments when needed, whether that's helping with light cleaning, preparing simple food & drink, or liaising with housekeeping.
• A strong sense of responsibility, keeping things running smoothly and ensuring guests enjoy a safe and restful night.
