Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service Team Member for the Holiday Inn - Northampton West. The role is full-time, on-site with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

You will deliver a warm, efficient service, handling check-ins, guest questions, and cross-department support to make each guest's stay memorable. You'll be the friendly face guests rely on, bringing calm, clear communication and a willingness to help wherever needed, including lone-working shifts.
