Guest-Focused Hospitality Team Member (Flexible Shifts)

YHA Canterbury on New Dover Road is recruiting a Hospitality Team Member on a fixed-term, flexible contract from August 2026 to February 2027. Minimum 20 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.71 (including those under the age of 21).

Join a cheerful, welcoming team in a busy hostel serving educational groups, families and backpackers alike. Training will cover reception, housekeeping and catering, with opportunities to develop guest-facing skills.
