Guest Experience Specialist

McDonald's United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to be the face of the restaurant, greeting guests, handing out balloons and helping run events.

You will keep dining areas clean, maintain high service standards and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction, while supporting the team in a fast-paced environment.

You will also look after customers' needs, monitor cleanliness of toilets, and contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages return visits.
