Guest Experience Specialist - Front Desk & Hospitality

Thwaites Inn is seeking a Receptionist to be the public face of a busy inn. You will greet guests with a smile, assist during check-in/check-out, and provide exceptional hospitality. The role includes upselling rooms and facilities and guiding guests about the inn's offerings.
