Guest Experience Operations Lead Hybrid + Dog Friendly Office

LaplandUK is seeking a Guest Experience Operations Coordinator for a fixed-term 6-month contract, based at the Head Office in London with hybrid work between London, Ascot and Manchester during live events. You will lead Welcome, Guest Relations and Golden Experience teams, shaping guest journeys with SOPs, data insights and cross-department coordination.
