Role Overview:

We're searching for an experienced Outbound Campaign Specialist to own and evolve our outbound strategy. You'll step in for our Managing Director, Daniel, and run the show, managing, optimizing, and scaling LinkedIn and email campaigns. We highly value proactivity and creativity, and we want someone who's not just "managing" but actively pushing boundaries and sharing new ideas. If you're obsessed with high-quality leads, always testing, and constantly learning, you'll fit right in.


What You'll Do

  • Set up, manage, and optimize outbound campaigns on LinkedIn and email.
  • Use Clay, Expandi (or similar), Smartlead, and other advanced outreach tools.
  • Monitor and report on performance, adjusting for maximum results.
  • Refine ICPs and targeting with the best prospecting databases and sales triggers.
  • Experiment and implement new outreach methods (we love bold experiments).
  • Work remotely with our international team, always aligned with LeadHQ's high standards.


Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • Multiple years of hands-on outbound campaign management.
  • Strong grasp of email deliverability and campaign optimization.
  • Proven skill in defining ICPs and aligning outreach to value propositions.
  • Deep experience with Clay, LinkedIn outreach tools (Expandi, etc.), and smart prospecting databases.
  • Highly independent, proactive, and comfortable working remote.
  • Fluent in spotting and leveraging sales triggers and data signals.
