We are expanding our indirect / partner sales team to focus on the Global Systems Integrator market, a key market in the EMEA region for FY25. Successful candidates will have experience managing and driving revenue through a Systems Integrator and can demonstrate extensive relationships with partners such as HCL, TCS, Infosys, or Cognizant.

In this role, you will develop go-to-market plans, create specific solution offerings, and collaborate with assigned GSI partners to win with our joint customers. You will leverage market intelligence, partner events, product specialists, and your professional network to nurture existing relationships and develop new ones to close high-value opportunities.

The GSI Role
  1. Build trusted business relationships based on shared objectives and values.
  2. Manage primary GSI executive relationships in EMEA and globally as part of a team.
  3. Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities through daily contact with your GSI.
  4. Ensure excellent collaboration with the GSI, exceeding the competition, and conduct quarterly QBRs with executive sponsors.
  5. Develop a strategic GSI plan to promote revenue, profitability, and growth.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams and GSI to develop solutions addressing market needs and creating joint wins.
  7. Create and maintain a pipeline and forecast for GSI revenue opportunities, reporting progress regularly.
  8. Drive activities to achieve sales quotas by defining necessary actions and relationships.
What you'll bring to the team
  • Proven track record managing GSI relationships with accountability for multi-million dollar quotas in storage, data infrastructure, or hybrid cloud.
  • Successful sales history, quota achievement, and revenue growth in the GSI market.
  • Executive presence with ability to influence at all levels within GSI partners and customers.
  • Experience working in complex, matrix environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of data center technologies and solutions.

Flexibility to travel 50% of the time. Inspiring communication skills, both verbal and written.
