About our roleWe're on the lookout for a creative, analytical, and ambitious Growth Marketing Manager to join our high-performing Demand Generation team. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you'll be owning and evolving our growth engine-experimenting with campaigns, leveraging data, and shaping how Triptease goes to market.
This role is for you if:

- You love building things from scratch and seeing the results
- Own end-to-end demand generation campaigns across email, social, paid media & beyond
- Explore new growth channels-test quickly, learn fast, scale what works
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline, personalise and scale marketing output
- Leverage first- and third-party data to power campaigns and improve lead quality
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategy
- Monitor and improve conversion rates across the funnel
- Use tools like HubSpot, , and others to manage performance and workflows
- Present insights, optimise tactics, and celebrate wins
- Has 4+ years in B2B digital marketing (startup/scale-up preferred)
- Brings an entrepreneurial mindset and isn't afraid to get hands-on
- Loves learning, trying new tools, and self-directing their growth
- Is confident navigating complex funnels and marketing automation systems (HubSpot etc.)
- Understands account-based marketing and hyper-personalisation
- Is curious about or experienced in generative AI in marketing
- Is data-driven, but can think creatively
- Can work cross-functionally and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
