Job Description- Lead the strategy and execution of customer acquisition via external partnerships including lead suppliers, influencers, and content creators.
- Identify and explore new and existing digital channels to drive scalable growth.
- Use data insights and analytics to optimise campaign performance and reduce acquisition costs.
- Collaborate closely with teams across brand, digital, and partnerships to deliver high-quality, high-intent customer leads.
- Oversee the Marketing Partnerships Executive and manage the performance of all current external partnerships.
- Source, pitch, and onboard new marketing partners while negotiating mutually beneficial terms and ensuring contractual compliance.
- 5-8 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation and growth. Experience in performance marketing agencies is a big plus.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with a knack for turning insights into action.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in a variety of analytics tools and platforms.
- Proven track record of developing and executing campaigns from concept through to reporting.
- Deep understanding of acquisition marketing strategies and channels.
- Strong expertise in web analytics, A/B testing, and performance-based marketing.
- Commercially minded with a sharp focus on consumer needs.
- Well-organised and effective at collaborating across departments and managing multiple stakeholders.
