About The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Growth Manager to join the Love & Pies team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end, holistic marketing efforts - combining performance marketing, influencer campaigns, and full-funnel lifecycle initiatives.   • Execute the growth strategy for Love & Pies across the full players journey from upper-funnel optimisation to user acquisition, activation, retention, and additional revenue generation.
  • Optimize performance marketing efforts (both paid & organic), ASO and CRM - leveraging innovative tactics and AI-powered tools to drive efficiency and scale.
  • Manage day-to-day UA operations, including campaign setup, creative briefing, performance monitoring, and reporting. Contribute to strategic channel mix planning and budget allocation.
  • Drive influencer marketing efforts by identifying high-impact creators, managing campaigns aligned with Love & Pies' brand and business goals, and analyzing performance.
  • Develop and optimize life cycle campaigns to boost engagement and maximize lifetime value.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and in-game events in close collaboration with cross-functional teams-aligning creative, messaging, and in-game surveys to elevate player experience.
  • Deliver actionable growth insights and performance data to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations based on key metrics and market trends.
  • This role is embedded within the Love & Pies team to ensure tight alignment across product and marketing, reporting directly to the Marketing Lead.

About You:
  • Previous experience in gaming, mobile apps, or digital marketing agencies.
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing (paid social, paid search, and UA), with hands-on experience across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing and deep experience in lifecycle marketing and customer retention strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset-confident in using metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Comfortable working with data visualisation (Tableau) and familiar with emerging AI tools.
  • High attention to detail, highly organized, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience with tools like App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Sensor Tower, Geeklab, and any ASO or CRM platform is a plus.
