Growth Lead

We're not looking for a traditional marketer - we're looking for a weapon. Someone insanely smart, scrappy as hell, and dangerously good at solving tough problems fast. You'll obsess over data, ship like your life depends on it, and won't sleep until the numbers move.

This isn't a role for someone who needs permission. You'll be expected to own strategy and execution - launching campaigns, testing aggressively, killing what doesn't work, and doubling down on what does. You'll work across product, growth, content, community, and performance. If something needs doing, you do it.

You should have a point of view, thick skin, and the hunger to build something huge. No ego, no fluff - just relentless focus, deep thinking, and ruthless execution.

You should:

• Have at least a 2:1 degree from a top university
• Have 2+ years experience in either high growth startups, consulting, or investment banking
• Be highly analytical and data-driven; technical skills are a bonus
• Have a solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
• Be creative in your approach; we like people who think outside the box
• Have a deep desire to succeed and grow in the company, and to build the next billion dollar startup
