Growth-Focused SMB Customer Success Manager

Gearset Limited, the Salesforce DevOps platform leader, is seeking a Customer Success Manager - SMB to own a portfolio of about 500 accounts. You will be their trusted adviser, ensuring they reach technical goals and see growing value from Gearset.

In this role you'll identify expansion, protect retention, drive product adoption, and collaborate with Account Managers and teams across the business. You'll work with US-based customers and may operate across time zones, with hybrid office
