Growth Engineer: End-to-End Experimentation & Frontend

Lottie is seeking a Senior Growth Engineer on a 3-month contract to own the full experiment loop and accelerate growth. The role focuses on frontend experiences, data-driven testing, and collaborating with Product and Design to sharpen ad performance.

You will ship fast, learn quickly, and move on from tests that don't pay off, in a hybrid London environment with two core office days each week.
