Growth-Driven BPO Director (Remote Ireland)

Otonomee is seeking a Business Development Director to drive growth from new business in Ireland, the UK, and Nordics, with potential to expand into EMEA. This is a hunter role requiring build-and-close of high-value, consultative deals, supported by the CCO and leadership.

Based in the Dublin region, the role is fully remote in Ireland. You will own the sales cycle, develop a strong pipeline, engage with senior stakeholders, and collaborate across teams to tailor BPO solutions.
