Growth & Revenue Lead, Accounting-as-a-Service

A leading provider of business services in Greater London is seeking a Growth Manager to lead commercial growth of their Accounting-as-a-Service product. This pivotal role involves optimizing user conversion from free to paid services and managing customer-facing teams while collaborating with marketing and sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial management and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth. This role offers a base salary of £50,000 to £55,000 plus OTE of up to £20,000, along with hybrid working flexibility.
