The Role

Club L London and Lavish Alice are luxury fashion brands celebrated for statement occasion wear, impeccable fit, and trend-led designs.

As Group Stylist, you will curate and execute high-impact, premium looks for global campaigns, e-commerce shoots, and digital content. You will lead the styling process across pre-shoot preparation, on-set execution, and post-shoot wrap-up, ensuring every detail reflects the brand's luxurious aesthetic. Additionally, you will champion community engagement through in-person styling events, creating immersive experiences that showcase the brand's vision. This role requires a highly organised, experienced, and trend-savvy individual with a passion for luxury fashion and proven expertise in fast-paced, high- pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities Creative Direction & Styling
  • Curate and deliver sophisticated, trend-driven, internationally focused looks across campaigns, e-commerce, content, and live events, reflecting the distinctive Club L London and Lavish Alice aesthetics.
  • Tailor styling to regional markets, ensuring relevance for diverse, culturally aware customer bases.
  • Act as the guardian of the brand's e-commerce identity, ensuring colour, silhouette, and styling integrity across all shoots and events.
Sample, Kit & Accessory Management
  • Source, manage, and return styling props, equipment, and accessories; maintain a pristine, fully stocked styling kit.
  • Coordinate and care for all samples, ensuring they are steamed, pressed, and returned in impeccable condition.
  • Assist product team in curating relevant and localised collections based on trend and data insights
  • Own end-to end management of sample and stock orders, returns, and post-shoot refreshing.
  • Ensure all styling tools, accessories, and kit items are organized, cleaned, and ready for use.
  • Lead and develop relationships with accessory designers for loans.
  • Manage our pre-loved circular fashion projects for accessories and kit.
On-Set Styling & Talent Management
  • Execute flawless styling on set for e-commerce, campaigns, and content shoots, making adjustments as needed with pace and precision.
  • Communicate feedback to design teams regarding fit, quality, and trends.
  • Build rapport with global talent, ensuring comfort and confidence throughout shoots.
Community & In Person Styling Leadership
  • Lead immersive, in person styling events, curating bespoke experiences that bring the brand to life for clients, influencers, and communities.
  • Provide expert styling guidance and build relationships with attendees, elevating the customer experience and reinforcing brand loyalty.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Collaborate with the Creative team, photographers, creative directors, MUAs, and hairstylists to bring the brand vision to life, contributing ideas and research.
  • Partner closely with internal teams, including e commerce and customer service, to ensure consistent brand storytelling and highlight product USPs.
  • Feed insights to marketing and creative teams, using trend research to highlight key trading opportunities.
Trend, Research & Reporting
  • Conduct ongoing trend and competitor research to inform styling, capsule collections, and campaign direction.
  • Analyse data, including best sellers and pose performance, to guide styling decisions and maximise conversions.
  • Present insights and recommendations to marketing, design, and creative teams to maintain cutting edge relevance.
Retouch & Quality Assurance
  • Liaise with retouch teams to ensure all images adhere to brand standards.
  • Select and approve final imagery for e-commerce, optimising for both aesthetic excellence and sales conversion.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Proven track record as a fashion stylist, preferably within a luxury or fast fashion brand evidenced by a portfolio. Must have strong ecom experience and a trained critical eye for silhouette, shape and detail.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for colour, fabric, and fit, ensuring every look is flawless.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage styling inventory, shoot schedules, and product returns with precision.
  • Creativity & Trend Awareness: Passion for fashion and an ability to forecast and execute on trend looks.
  • Adaptability & Proactiveness: Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, problem solve on the go, and anticipate styling needs.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to articulate creative direction and collaborate with multiple teams. A motivational and charismatic persona to ensure all global talent is upbeat and looked after on set.
