Group Security Strategy Lead - Multi-Site

Culina Group is seeking a Group Head of Security to lead a unified security approach across nationwide operations. You will act as the subject matter expert for physical security, covering CCTV, access control and incident response, with regular travel across sites and flexibility on base location.

You will partner with stakeholders from site level to executive leadership, guiding audits, risk assessments and data-driven improvements to protect people, stock and reputation.
