The JJIM Strategic Customer Group is responsible for the development and execution of strategies that ensure optimal access and reimbursement for the JJIM portfolio. Key stakeholders include health plans, health systems, hospital and physician group purchasing organizations, specialty pharmacy providers, pharmacy benefit managers, wholesalers, retailers, federal and state government health care providers and national and regional advocacy organizations. This leader will drive market access strategies across the Solid Tumor Prostate Portfolio and lead a team of approximately 2 market access marketing and pricing professionals supporting the franchise.
Responsibilities include creating access and pricing strategies for therapeutic areas across US Healthcare System Payers (PBM, Health Plan, Medicaid, Medicare), providers (IDN/Hospitals, Physicians), Pharmacies, and Distributors. This dual role encompasses Pricing Strategy & Market Access Marketing deliverables, including developing brand pricing strategies, individual contract bids, and orchestrating the Market Access Excellence Process (MAx, MARR, LRR).
The role involves ensuring collaboration with brand teams and stakeholders to align value strategies with reimbursement and activation programs, developing insights into the marketplace, and working with cross-functional teams to execute strategies effectively.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), at least 6 years of healthcare experience, pharmaceutical industry experience, and expertise in market access or payer marketing. Knowledge of the US healthcare reimbursement landscape, contract development, and strategic planning is required. Experience in Janssen therapeutic areas or cross-functional roles is a plus.
