Your new role
As Group InternalAudit Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the internal auditstrategy across the organisation. Reporting into senior leadership, you willlead and manage a portfolio of audits across multiple business units, ensuringrobust risk management and compliance frameworks are in place.

Key responsibilitieswill include:

Leading end-to-end internal audit assignments, from planning through to reporting and follow-up

Identifying and assessing key business risks and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls

Delivering insightful, value-adding recommendations to senior stakeholders

Supporting the development and execution of the group-wide audit plan

Building strong relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, and senior management

Contributing to continuous improvement of internal audit methodology and processes

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful inthis role, you will:

Be ACA / ACCA / CIA qualified (or equivalent)

Have significant experiencewithin internal audit, either in practice or industry

Possess strong knowledge of risk management, governance and control frameworks

Demonstrate excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills
