Group HSE Director: Strategy & Data-Driven Safety

The AA is recruiting a Head of Group Health, Safety and Environment to lead the safety agenda across roadside, recovery, vehicle servicing and customer operations. Based in London, Basingstoke or Oldbury, this hybrid role shapes governance, risk management and assurance for the Group.

You will build and develop a high-performing HSE team, translate data into proactive actions, and influence the Executive team and Board to embed a strong safety culture across diverse operations.
