Must have's

• Proven senior procurement experience within a complex, multi-site or hospitality-led environment
• Strong category management and strategic sourcing capability across indirect and operational spend
• Extensive contract negotiation and supplier relationship management experience
• Demonstrable track record of cost optimisation while protecting quality and service standards
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret spend data and drive insights
• Experience embedding procurement processes, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Stakeholder management skills with confidence operating at senior leadership level

Nice to have's

• Experience within hospitality, leisure, spa, or food and beverage sectors
• Exposure to capital projects or refurbishments from a procurement perspective
• Understanding of ethical sourcing, sustainability, and supply chain risk management

So, what will you be doing?

• Developing and delivering a cohesive group-wide procurement strategy aligned to commercial goals
• Leading category planning across food and beverage, spa products, consumables, FF&E, utilities, technology, and professional services
• Managing sourcing, tendering, purchasing, and contract negotiation activities
• Driving cost control initiatives while maintaining quality and guest experience
• Ensuring procurement consistency, compliance, and adoption of best-practice processes
• Partnering with finance and business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and spend analysis
• Building strong, value led supplier partnerships with robust governance and performance frameworks
• Supporting capital and refurbishment projects with procurement expertise
• Championing sustainability, ethical sourcing, and waste reduction through smarter purchasing
• Willingness to travel across multiple sites as required
• Experience working with BI or data teams to enhance procurement insight
• Passion for continuous improvement and sustainable sourcing initiatives
