Job Description
Financial Reporting & Consolidation
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP
Lead the intercompany reconciliation process and ensure timely elimination of intra-group transactions
Support the preparation of financial reports for senior leadership and investors
Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with group policies
Assist in the automation and enhancement of consolidation and reporting processes
Technical Accounting & Compliance
Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and other relevant accounting standards
Support the implementation of new accounting policies and reporting standards
Assist in the preparation of technical accounting papers for senior leadership and auditors
Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit queries
Process Improvement & Controls
Drive improvements in financial reporting and consolidation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Strengthen internal controls and financial governance frameworks
Support the finance transformation agenda, including system enhancements and automation
Leadership
Lead a small team of qualified and part-qualified finance professionals
The Successful Applicant
Professional Qualification: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, group reporting, consolidation tools, and tax regulations.
Leadership Skills: Successfully led and mentored junior members of the finance team
