SHV Holdings, one of the largest family-owned companies in the Netherlands, is looking for a Group Finance System Specialist with financial knowledge and experience with consolidation, reporting and IT systems.
Functie omschrijving Group Finance System Specialist
As Group Finance System Specialist, you will be part of the Consolidation System Support team (CSS), the department within Finance responsible for the functional management of several financial systems. You will be member of a team which consists of three members, including the Manager System Support. CSS ensures that the systems can produce reliable management information and meet the external reporting requirements. For Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting (CAF), Corporate Control, Tax, Treasury and yourself, SAP BPC is the most important system, processing the group results of over 800 entities(!).
You are the first point of contact for users (via ServiceNow), build new and adapt existing reports, and contribute to system improvements. Furthermore, you contribute to projects, such as recently the introduction of IFRS, and in the near future (IFRS 18), sustainability reporting (CSRD/EU taxonomy) and system upgrades.
What will you do?
- Daily functional support to users in SAP BPC (tickets via ServiceNow);
- Build, customise and test reports in SAP BPC and Excel;
- Interact with stakeholders at SHV Holdings and the Groups on requirements, issues and improvement requests;
- Drafting user documentation and managing authorisations;
- Participating in finance, Tax and CSRD projects such as EU Taxonomy;
- Identifying and implementing improvements in processes and reporting;
- Functional support to users in Exact Globe;
- Collaborating with Corporate IT and external consultants on functional and technical management.
Functie eisen
- Completed hbo- or wo education in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or similar;
- At least 5 years of experience in a role at the interface of finance and systems;
- Experience with SAP BPC (preferred), Lucanet, OneStream or similar consolidation tools;
- Excellent skills in Excel;
- Proactive, communicative skills (stakeholder management) and solution-oriented (process improvement and optimisation);
- Fluent in English; Dutch is working language at the office.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Salary: €75.000 to €90.000 based on 40 hours per week (including holiday pay);
- Bonus: up to 15%, based on personal performance;
