Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a senior operational role with real influence, visibility, and ownership across the group.Job DescriptionThis role sits at the heart of Spark TSL's strategy. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the business can operate confidently across multiple markets, currently spanning the UK and Europe, while also helping shape how we prepare for future expansion into new territories.As Spark TSL continues to grow, modernise platforms, and support customers with increasingly complex regulatory and assurance expectations, this role ensures that compliance frameworks are not only robust, but scalable, pragmatic, and commercially aligned.This is not a purely advisory or back office compliance role. You'll be a trusted authority within the business, responsible for setting direction, influencing senior stakeholders, and ensuring that compliance genuinely enables responsible growth. The impact you'll haveYou'll help ensure that Spark TSL's compliance approach: Is consistent and effective across UK and European operations Supports business audits and customers tenders ensuring rightful due diligence is followed Scales to enable entry into new markets and jurisdictions Balances regulatory rigour with real world operational and commercial needsYou'll also play a visible role externally, helping customers, partners, and regulators clearly understand Spark TSL's compliance posture and maturity.
