Grounds Maintenance Team Leader - Lead Eco-Friendly Landscapes

Sanctuary Group in Glasgow is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to lead a team delivering grounds maintenance across Sanctuary sites in Southwest Scotland. You will supervise operations including grass cutting, hedge cutting, de-weeding and other grounds tasks to meet contract specifications.

The role requires literacy, numeracy, and supervisory experience, with NVQ3 or equivalent in Horticulture, and a valid UK driving licence.
