We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLAs and maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest quality.
Contract: Permanent
Type of employment: Full time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £13.10 per hour
Location: Merseyside, Liverpool, Warrington, Chester, Crewe, Wirral, Ellesmere Port, St Helens, Lancashire, England L39 2YN
Requirement: Full Clean UK Driving Licence
Role Responsibilities:- Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking
- Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively
- Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation
- Report site hazards and relevant information to management
- Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required
- Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments
- Good understanding of smartphone technology
- Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential
- PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus
- Full UK driving license preferred for roles involving company vehicles
