Grocery Growth Leader - Food & FMCG (Hybrid, Bonus)

Principle HR in Ireland seeks a commercially ambitious Country Manager for a leading Irish food & FMCG business. You will own major grocery relationships, drive profitable sales growth, and shape the strategy across frozen, chilled, poultry and prepared foods.

You'll lead commercial negotiations, develop Joint Business Plans, identify listings and category expansion, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer plans and business growth.
