This is a 3 Month Fixed Term Contract Position Job BriefWe're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join the Moneybox Brand and Creative team for a 3 month contract.
Working with a team of graphic designers, motion designers, and writers, you will produce designs for a range of different advertising channels, the website, email marketing, social media and the Moneybox app, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all touch points.
What you'll doReporting into our Head of Brand and Creative, you will work with the wider creative team to deliver designs that help to drive multiple business objectives, from acquiring new customers to building brand loyalty. You will:
- Design high-quality assets across a variety of formats and channels including below and above-the-line advertising (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, outdoor, TV, etc.), organic social media, illustration for the app, website and more.
- Create engaging and informative illustrations and graphics following the Moneybox brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the Creative & Brand Team to devise concepts and implement them effectively across different formats and channels.
- Collaborate with other team members (designers, motion designers, writers) and stakeholders across the business to respond to briefs.
- Work on projects from concept through to completion.
- Create clear storyboards for ads before briefing them to motion designers.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the latest trends in design, techniques and new technologies
- Help to ensure brand continuity, making sure that every asset produced is on brand and ladders up to our company mission.
You have an ability to create engaging, high-quality design and understand how creativity and brand-building can help drive business success. You are:

- A conceptual thinker, full of ideas about how to tell the Moneybox story and engage potential and existing customers.

- Excellent design skills with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience and a portfolio of relevant work across digital and print.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma.
- Strong illustration skills, and able to follow guidelines with accuracy and creativity.
- Experience working with motion designers - After Effects skills would be a plus.
- Strong understanding of different customer channels, with a particular focus on digital.
- Indepth understanding of brand, and able to use guidelines creatively to produce assets that are at once engaging and 'on brand'.
- Able to produce high-quality creative in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mind with an interest in sharing ideas and concepts.
- A genuine love of all things 'brand'.
- Reviews his/her work carefully with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects to deadline.
- A collaborative individual who is able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with a D2C tech brand or Fintech would be a big plus.

Working Policy:
We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role states it is either hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
