About Us

Process Instruments (UK) Ltd is a double Queens Award winning market leader in the manufacture of water quality instrumentation.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain our in-house cloud-based management system (PIMA)
  • Develop and maintain our remote access via MQTT to our instruments (Control Insite)
  • Support and develop existing online data management products
  • Gain experience of Server Backend and Web Frontend development
  • Help to develop a new data management cloud-based product to manage data
  • Help support the internal IT systems
About You

To be considered as a Graduate Web Application Developer, you'll need experience of using the following tools:

Server Backend
  • TypeScript (JavaScript)
  • PostgreSQL
  • TypeORM
  • PostGraphile
  • And/or Rust
Web Frontend
  • Angular (Ionic, SPA, React, and/or TypeScript)
  • Bootstrap (CSS, SCSS and/or SASS)
  • HTML
Ideal qualities
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Have strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills
  • Take pride in your work and have good attention to detail
  • Have reasonable interpersonal skills and the ability to disseminate knowledge
  • Have the ability to work to tight deadlines
