We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Technical Consultant to join our Modern Workplace practice.
In this role, you will help our customers maximize the value of their Modern Workplace tools through configuration, advice, and best practices.
This role involves working with the Microsoft 365 platform and related tools to design, build, and consult with customers on providing optimal modern collaboration, communication, and productivity solutions.
Typical products include (but are not limited to) Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva, and Power Platform.
Due to the nature of this role, successful candidates may need to undergo security clearance. To be eligible, you must have lived in the UK for at least 5 consecutive years. More information on SC Clearance checks can be found here .
Responsibilities- Work as part of the wider FSP project team to deliver technical solutions to clients.
- Document requirements, advise, and consult with customers on their business needs.
- Configure relevant products to meet customer requirements.
- Produce technical artifacts, including administration guides and configuration documents.
- Stay updated with the latest technology developments and promote these within your projects.
- Share knowledge as part of the FSP technical community.
- Degree in a relevant subject area.
- Passion for technology.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to capture end-user requirements, design, code, test, correct, and document programs.
- Ability to assist in investigating and resolving problems.
- Strong IT skills.
