The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce learning
• Help students stay engaged, focused, and confident in lessons
• Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
• Work alongside teachers to adapt tasks and resources
• Contribute to a calm, structured, and purposeful classroom environment

You'll gain valuable experience across different subjects while building confidence in the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
