Graduate Recruitment Consultant (Great OTE/Progression!)

We at Hays are looking to recruit a number of driven, personable Graduates to join our Central London office on a permanent basis, joining in a Recruitment capacity across the range of teams in the building. Working in a fun, sociable office (200+ Consultants!) in a very exciting stage for the company (new strategy/direction), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate(s)!We are comfortably one of the biggest and most recognisable Agencies in the UK (certainly the most followed - over on LinkedIn!), and have a huge global presence. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a number of Graduates to join us in an entry-level Recruitment basis, to develop throughout the business. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:- Full 360 Recruitment - liaising with both clients and candidates- Developing new business through outbound prospecting/marketing- Attending industry networking events/trade shows to strengthen external relationships- Meeting with candidates to understand expectations for future job(s)- Meeting with clients to understand exact ideal candidate profile(s) to then match the perfect option(s)- Working towards both individual and team/office targetsIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:- University Graduate (preferably within the last 2 years)- Fun, sociable personality- Genuine drive to exceed targets/make a lot of money in commission- Articulate/polished communication style- Ability to be coached/desire to developIn addition to a very competitive basic salary of £30,000, we also offer the following:- Uncapped commission structure (realistic Year One OTE: £40,000 - £50,000)- Hybrid-working after 6 months' probation (3 days in the office / 2 days working from home)- Incredible progression opportunities (clear, regular promotion targets)- Great incentives (overseas trips, etc)- Incredibly fun office!We are looking to move super-quickly to add to our team, so any interested candidate(s) are urged to apply at their earliest convenience!
