Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients requiring permanent staff.
- Utilise various sourcing techniques, including social media management, to attract potential candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for roles.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of contractor regulations and right-to-work requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Generate leads through networking and proactive outreach efforts.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their recruitment campaigns.
- Achieve performance targets and ensure high client satisfaction through reliable and fast interim delivery.
- Some experience in a recruitment or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates within a heavily regulated industry.
- Understanding of hiring dynamics and compliance requirements.
- Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to lead generation and talent acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in ATS and CRM systems for managing both clients and contractors.
- Base salary of £26-£28k (depending on experience) plus an uncapped commission structure tailored for permanent placements.
