The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained to:

• Build relationships with cutting edge technology companies
• Identify and engage highly skilled tech professionals
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to closing deals
• Work towards clear targets with uncapped earning potential

What We're Looking For

• 2025 or 2026 graduates
• Degree preferred (2:1 or above in any discipline)
• Evidence of leadership, responsibility, and achievement
• A strong work ethic and competitive mindset
• Confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills
