Graduate Recruitment & Trainee Programme Architect

Arthur Cox LLP in Dublin is seeking a Graduate Recruitment & Trainee Co-ordinator to support the Graduate Recruitment Manager and the Trainee Development Programme. The hybrid, permanent role covers administration for the Firm's trainee, summer intern and placement programmes, with approximately 50 trainees annually.

You will coordinate recruitment events, onboarding, contracts, and HR system updates, and work with partners to ensure smooth delivery of programmes.
